Ingredients:
-500 g fresh spinach,
-400 g potato,
-200 ml milk,
-100 g chees,
-50 g butter,
-4 eggs,
-salt, pepper.
Clean and wash the spinach. Boil it for 15 minutes. When done, dry it and mince it. Peel the potatoes, cut them into medium sized slices and boil them. When boiled, put them in a bowl, smash them, add milk, butter, salt and pepper. In a butterd up tray, add a layer of spinach, then cover with a layer of mashed potatoes. Using a wooden spoon, make 4 holes into the puree, big enough to accommodate the eggs. In each hole carefully put an raw egg, so it won’t spill. Add salt and pepper to taste and grate a bit of cheese on every egg. Put it in the hot oven for 25-30 min. Serve hot.
